The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. Central heating is subject to timetables set by the building management. The heating hours are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees. Guests must sign the property's seasonal rental contract prior to check-in. IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Mancanza di acqua calda per problema tecnico. Abbiamo soggiornato a dicembre e per tutto il tempo abbiamo fatto docce ghiacciate! Contattata la struttura è stato concordato un rimborso che ad ora non è ancora arrivato dopo quasi 3 mesi,nonostante solleciti e varie risposte poco esaustive.

Úžasná lokalita, asi nejlepší, co člověk může mít. Skvělé pokoje a 2 koupelny, pohodlí. Bezva kuchyňka.

Bohužel nám 2x nefungovaly dveře, takže jsme kus dne nemohli do bytu. Na druhou stranu s námi majitelé komunikovali. Ale stejně to bylo nepříjemné, navíc se člověk musel doptat sám, kdy už bude moci do bytu. Ubytování bylo celkem drahé, takže to bylo nekomfortní. Asi měsíc dopředu jsme si řekli o postýlu pro dítě. Ubytování má napsané, že jí má. A když to zaplatíte, skočí tam, že být nemusí. Nakonec jsme ji měli, ale byla bez matrace s tím, že to není standart. Nevim, jak to chodí ve Madridu, ale postel bez matrace nedává smysl 🤡🤡 Poslední co nebylo ok, je šíleně hlučný výtah. Přišlo nám, že byty jsou jen pro turisty a proto se o to nikdo nestará.

La ubicación y el apartamento

Q llegues a Madrid a pasar 3 noches con una temperatura d 2 grados y q desde la 1 noche no tengas agua caliente,no tiene calificativo alguno,desde el primer momento lo pusimos en conocimiento al personal y q solucionaron?,nada,lo estamos resolviendo fue su respuesta todos los dias,ni nos dieron opción d ir a otro sitio ni nada y más cuando viajamos con niños,sin duda es un sitio q yo no recomiendo,es más,estoy convencida q ya ese problema estaba cuando llegamos y no dijeron nada ni trataron d solucionarlo
