The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. Central heating is subject to timetables set by the building management. The heating hours are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees. Guests must sign the property's seasonal rental contract prior to check-in. IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Overall good - great wifi - location is great but a bit scratchy at night."

Large and spacious. Kitchen well equipped.

No water or treats left behind. The app they ask you to download to enter building and apartment doesn’t always work. Sometimes there’s a long delay for the doors to open which I found a bit dangerous and concerning in case of emergency. Wish they left 2 keys behind instead or had a simple door code to enter the building and apartment. Also, that app had no option to contact customer service.

L appartamento è molto nello, spaziosa e pulito

Il sistema di gestione è complicato, non c è nessuno ad accoglierti. Devi gestire tutto da app e il codice di apertura della porta lo si ha se tutte le persone completano la procedura sulla app...abbiamo avuto difficoltà per il fatto che alcuni di noi non avevano documento elettronico caricarle su app. Moltissime mails con il team di supporto!! Un lavoro.
