The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. Central heating is subject to timetables set by the building management. The heating hours are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees. Guests must sign the property's seasonal rental contract prior to check-in. IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Świetna lokalizacja. Doskonała dla większej grupy. Wszędzie blisko na piechotę do atrakcji Madrytu . W pobliżu sklepy, restauracje , metro.

Trochę standard odbiega od zdjęć w ofercie, ale trochę...Brak tarasu widocznego na zdjęciach ale może to wspólne zdjęcia do innego też apartamentu w tej kamienicy. Dla osób nie cyfrowych problemem może być konieczność instalacji specjalnej aplikacji i przy jej pomocy meldunek i obsługa zamków do drzwi.

Proprietatea este foarte mare, foarte frumoasă și foarte bine organizată, 2 băi, livingul generos ( mai poate sta un cuplu și aici), situat în zona centrală și foarte aproape de cafenele și magazine. Totul impecabil, uscător de rufe, mașina și masa de călcat, bucătăria super organizată și utilată, căldură și o ambianță extrem de plăcută! Îl recomandăm cu drag. Singurul detaliu pe care, fie nu l-am observat în descriere, fie îl comunica doar în ziua realizării check-inului: necesitatea de a plăti o garanție de 200 euro înainte de a primi accesele. Este un detaliu pe care e bine să l cunoașteți și ar fi bine să fie comunicat inainte, pt ca dacă nu aveți bani pregătiți, poate fi o problemă. Nu se oferă accesele ( pt ca se oferă în aplicație: pentru ușa de la intrare în clădire, ușa din mijloc și ușa de la apartament) până nu se achită garanția. Așteptăm înapoierea acesteia .

Totul impecabil, doar vă sugerez să menționați de garanție inainite ca oaspeții să ajungă, pt a fi pregătiți.

"Great base for exploring Madrid"

Great location, easy to find. Good sized rooms and very comfortable for our stay. Central for transport, nice bars and restaurants in the area. Great base for spending a few nights in Madrid, would definitely recommend.

Ubicación, comodidad

Relación calidad precio: Había elementos deteriorados (manilla puerta de baño, manchas de humedad en el salón …), La puerta del apartamento es endeble y no da mucha sensación de seguridad, el portal del piso no abría con la app. En la descripción decía que había gel y jabón. Solamente había un gel y un jabón por baño y éramos 9 huéspedes en una estancia de dos noches. Entiendo que para el precio que se paga deberían cuidarse estos detalles
