Nico was very welcoming. We wasn't bothered by anybody at all, it exceeded expectations above and beyond

The weather was wonderful when we arrived, and our landlord was a very, very nice person, and he really went out of his way to help us. But everyone who gives feedback saying the apartment needs renovation is correct - the bathroom stank so badly during our entire vacation that it was impossible to even stay there. Plus, power went out, but thanks God the landlord came and fixed it. The night before our flight, it started raining heavily, and water started pouring from the air conditioner in the bedroom! I woke up with water dripping on my face, and it lasted all night! My mood was ruined! To sum up: 5-star service but there solid things to improve

The apartment is begging for renovation! Please resolve this issue! The bathroom is a big minus.

Location was very good, easy walking to centre and other attractions. Balcony and sea view were excellent. Kitchen area was very well equipped. Bedroom very quiet with lots of storage.

Bathroom was very disappointing, nasty smell, mouldy shower cubicle, towels were stained and had to be washed before use, towel stand was badly rusted.

Niezgodność z opisem np. 1. taras to wąski balkonik na szerokość składanego metalowego krzesełka ,2.wielkość 70 metrów, ale sporą część zajmują dwa korytarze. Stan techniczny : mieszkanie wymaga odnowienia , ściany zabrudzone i odrapane , na sufitach zacieki z zalań wody, drzwi na balkon wypaczone z trudem całkowicie się otwierają , w środku dominuje zapach wilgoci i stęchlizny pochodzący z łazienki i trudno z tym mieszkać nawet przy otwartych oknach ! W łazience kabina prysznicowa zardzewiała i zagrzybiona ! Wyposażenie zużyte, stare, zardzewiałe,plątanina kabli i pełno niepotrzebnych zagracających przestrzeń bibelotów - masz wrażenie, ze ktoś użyczył Ci swojego mieszkania nie usuwając swoich osobistych rzeczy ! I to wszystko za 250 euro za noc ....

Badezimmer könnte renoviert werden

Nico je skvelý hostiteľ. Vynikajúca poloha apartmánu. Nádherný výhľad na more a krásny východ slnka.Všetko je blízko- hrad, hlavná promenáda Explanada de España, Barrio de Santa Cruz...... .

Unser Gastgeber Nico hat uns und unseren Hund (Labrador) sehr freundlich empfangen und uns sehr gut in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Wir haben uns sicher und sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand vor der Haustür. Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Empfehlenswert ist das Restaurant Estancia, 200 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Super essen und tolle Stimmung. Garage vorhanden.

Die Hauptstrasse zwischen Wohnung und Strand ist sehr laut.

Вид из окна - это просто чудо! Очень хорошее место, все рядом, до пляжа 2 минуты ходьбы. Удобная кровать. Тихо. Нико организовал нам парковку в гараже по- соседству, это было очень удобно. Нико очень внимательный и заботливый, быстро реагировал на сообщения и решал все наши проблемы.

Не помешал бы ремонт, особенно в ванной. Все работает, но старенькое и выглядит не очень.
