Atico Atalaya

Location is great. View is super. Comfy bed. Well equipped. Exceptional parking (5 meters from apt entrance, private, locked door). Double A/C units.

The apartment is close to the city center. Also, the bus stop was just a short walking distance so it was convenient to ride to the supermarkets. The apartment has a private garage which also was very convenient.

Our stay was too short. We regret leaving the apartment and Alicante.

Nico was a great host and very concerned about our needs and expectations. Atico Atalaya is a very special place with a perfect location. We spent great days in the penthouse with our two children. Although it is only one bedroom, the couch is very comfortable and the appartment easily fits a family of four. Thank you Nico, for your hospitality.

What we want to point out is that this is the perfect stay if you have a dog. Nico is a dog lover and makes sure also the dog has a wonderful stay. The appartment is very dog friendly and has an elevator, which comes in handy when your dog is too small for walking steps (like ours 😄). The beach is opposite to the spacious, perfectly equiped and luxurious penthouse. From the large balcony you have a beautiful view. The beach is very easy to reach because the walking bridge (again, without steps) is exactly in front of the building. The city centre is only a 5 minutes walk, via the beautiful boulevard or via the beach itself, your choice 😃. We already planned a second visit at Nico's place, also because Alicante surprised us as a beautiful and vibrant city.

This place is situated at heart of Alicante and you can go wherever you want to. Its well maintained and very well positioned. Good beddings.. The location was great

Penthouse apartment, very eclectic , lift available but still stairs to reach, this was not mentioned. The view from the balcony was wonderful but nowhere comfy to sit and admire it. Once the bifolding doors were completely open this creates a balcony but no comfy chairs to sit on, plenty of room for a couple of chairs and this would also provide adequate seating when renting to 4 people. The photos supplied were of more than one apartment, someone had enquired if the red kitchen apartment also had the sofa on the balcony, the answer was yes, but NO it doesnt. The purpose of our visit was to relax after surgery by sitting on the balcony in the sun, this was not possible due to lack of balcony furniture.
