Caution à payer, que je n'ai pas pû payer, plus aucun retour des propriétaires, impossible d'accéder au logement sans cette caution au dernier moment. Tout est géré par un call center. Clairement une arnaque !

Toute la procedure est à revoir. Des agents IA sont au telephone et melange tout. J ai dormi dans la chambre et ma resa est mise comme annulee. Une reservation fantome a ete cree pour le samedi 23 mai a ete creee et m est facturee 200 euros pour annulation. Je crains l arnaque...
