WiFi was very poor

Everything nice and clean

The property is a nice size and ideal location. It has been decorated and furnished well.

The property was not clean, lots of dust everywhere and can tell stuff hasn’t been wiped down. The facilities need attention also…the shower was powerful however I found it did not heat up sufficiently, there was minimal toilet roll so we had to go purchase our own and there’s no control over the heating of the place so it was cold (this was contributed to also by a gap in the door). The persons in the property attached came home at 2:30am and were extremely noisy until around 4am which woke us both up and kept us up. We could hear them showering, it was so loud that it was as if they were in the room with us and we could hear talking/the TV along with running up and down the stairs. We ended up leaving at 7am as we’d both agreed the stay was ruined and we were not going to get any decent sleep while still there.

Nothing it was dirty

Nothing had been cleaned i had to by cleaning products to clean basic things like; The table Shower Toilet Sink Bins Cups and cutlery The floor When i got into the shower it poured into the living room through the wall getting my bag and clothes wet.

This is essentially a partially, badly finished garage conversion. The overwhelming smell of drains is only combated by the overwhelming smell of air freshener, the place doesn’t appear to have been hoovered for months, the shower is absolutely filthy and doesn’t appear to ever have been cleaned and will very likely give you legionaries, and I wouldn’t dare cook anything in the filthy countertop “oven” The “sofa” is literally garden furniture covered in a throw, the bed is like a roll mat but marginally more comfortable than the floor I suppose, that’s if you can cope with the constant creaking every time you move, you can’t control the heating so it’s boiling when you don’t want it to be and freezing when you need it. The front door to the main house constantly slams shut and all you can hear is football commentary and men shouting “Goal” the WiFi doesn’t work, you can’t see the tv from either the sofa or the bed and there’s cigarette butts all around the door. Bit of a tirade, but I think they should be ashamed to advertise this! I suppose it’s mildly better than sleeping on the streets! I literally couldn’t get out of there quick enough! Avoid at all costs!

Location was perfect.

Strong perfumed scent when entering, but a slight sewage smell the other end of the room where bed was situated only a few feet from toilet/shower room. Poor finish, and bathroom mirror was very dirty.
