Location and allocated parking. The property contains everything you need. There are lots of places to go nearby, and the centre of Bristol is a 5-10 minute drive away.

This comment isn’t a dislike, just an observation……. I feel the bathroom would benefit from having a smaller sink installed.

The studio is a decent size and it was quiet so we got a good nights sleep. It was easy to collect the keys and we had the option to park on the drive.

The cleanliness of the studio was very disappointing, mostly in the bathroom. There was a lot of black mould in the caulking of the shower and reddish stains on the walls. The bathroom had a very strong smell of damp that I suspect is due to the fact there is zero ventilation in there. The bed is different to the picture and was quite uncomfortable. The floor didn’t look as though it had been cleaned and was coming up outside the bathroom. The towels were mismatched, not white and had a dark stain on one. The bedding was also not white, mismatched pattern and bobbled all over.

Great little place and the host was so helpful. Parking on the drive was fantastic. The room is small but ideal for working away. Ample facilities to cook a meal. The shower needs an update but apart from that great value for money. Wi-Fi and Netflix a bonus at this price range. All in all ,compact room with good hosts . Bed is basic but comfortable for me.

Didn’t spend much time in the room, as I arrived late and left early. No view.

We appreciated having cooking utensils.

We had to find a cheaper alternative as all the hotels had raised their prices due to the local festival. £70 isn't steep money but considering it was several miles from the centre, you're still paying extra for ubers and taxis. A damp smell is the first thing you notice when entering the studio. The walls look like they have been quickly painted and need another coat. Little furnishings were very badly executed, from the mirrors to the hanging knobs on the bathroom door. I don't think anyone experienced has taken the time to fit these. The bed was quite weak for 2 people and the bedding itself was very cheap and thin. This came to light later in the night when I was very cold. I had to sleep with a jumper on. Later that evening we could hear everything that was going on upstairs. Which included someone going to the toilet. Not very pleasant at all! We also couldn't use the freezer because it hadn't been defrosted. You just get the impression they've rushed the place and care very little about those staying paying for it. We definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Good location for what I needed to do. The size was fine for a studio accommodation Being able to park on the driveway was a big plus. The host was really nice and accommodating

Cleanliness let the property down on all fronts. Bathroom appliances - specifically the shower mixer - was coming loose. I couldn't find the channels on the TV, although admittedly I didn't check with the host to have this resolved.

Clean, compact and comfortable. Parking was available if necessary and good communication with the owner
