Nothing, the were simply a evil. For 5 days being in the apartment i only had shower twice of which i couldn’t have a proper shower because the shower drain was blocked and there was no single response no matter how much i called for help.

The property knew about this and did not let me know until I arrived Bristol, and still did not do anything about it. They are simply evil. The worst apartment I have ever been in please guys don’t fall for their scam. They will tell you that the previous occupants were the ones who clogged the bathroom it’s all a Big LIE!!!

- TV had Amazon Prime - Good bus connection to city centre (although priced like a hotel in the city centre)

- Didn't receive entry code until we called the property, were left out in the rain for 10 minutes trying to get inside. - Sound insulation was awful, could hear tenants of house and the gutter in the alleyway outside. - Bedding was poorly made, duvet poorly fitted into cover so was left sleeping under just the cover. - You're basically sleeping next to the toilet itself, the sliding barn door is useless and only there because a real door wouldn't fit in the tiny space it's given

The flat was not clean Stains on the bathroom door, stain on sheets Unclean sheets, felt like not been washed since long and were used Also there was trouble to connect the Wi-Fi No coffee or tea in the apartment

Bed was like a brick, nylon duvet, shower was filthy. And key to door kept jamming

The location was superb for our visit and will probably use again next year if we are in the same league as Dings

It was ideally located as 5 minutes from our daughters as we were visiting her for her birthday. It had lots of facilities.

Initially it looked clean but the floor was either not swept or vacuumed since last visitors, the bath mat which was black had clearly not been cleaned or shaken to get rid of dirt. The shower itself was not in good condition as lots of limescale on the metal bits and mould on the corners. The toilet had not been cleaned as still evidence of splatter on the rim. The TV did not work and could not pick up anything. The tabletop oven had not been cleaned either. I usually do not comment negatively as I know that everyone standards are different but as a small place it is not hard to keep clean or so I would think?
