Clean and tidy flat close to the university campus

Bathroom sink was blocked and the bedding could have used a wash

It was a good place as it came with a parking spot which we liked very much and was close to the bus station, which was handy. Also, a nice little spot away from the city centre.

I'm not the type of person to normally complain but there was just a few things that could be improved to make future stays better. One, the bed was not comfortable and we didn't have a good nights sleep plus there was a stain on one of the decorations pillows. Two, the bathrooms light kept flashing after about two minutes and didn't stop unless turned off, plus the bathroom could of been cleaned a lot better as a lot of water marks and the drain took a long time to drain, which wasn't nice when using the sink, the towels were a bit smelly and the soap bottle was annoying to use as you kept having to pull it up every time we used it. You can see the dodgy patch work on the wall by the door and the hanging hooks were not drilled into the door properly. Three, there was a lot of scuff marks on the walls which wasn't nice to see and the batteries to the remote didn't work so we couldn't use the tv. Finally, the kitchen appliances had crumbs all underneath them ,the fridge wasn't cleaned out as crumbs were still in there and the washing machine had mould inside. Also, could of had a bit more privacy with some nets or blinds instead of just curtains and was some draft from the front door as well. Also, the pictures makes the place look a lot nicer, cleaner and fancy but it wasn’t for us .

The flat was clean and very private. I appreciated the self-check in. All the utilities worked as expected. It looked like the photos.

The host didn't send me the code to the lockbox before my arrival. I had to message them and wait for a reply, which kept me waiting on the doorstep in the rain. I also found the room was dominated by the kitchen appliances, especially the hum of the fridge. It felt like having a bed in the kitchen. Not much to be done about it in a space that small, and it was good to have the fridge, but it meant the overall vibe was more clinical than cosy.

It had all the facilities working. Looks like the pictures. It was clean and in a very good location.

The bathroom is very tiny, but I suppose it's good for the price. The bed linens were worn and didn't feel fresh. But again compared to everything available for the price this would be nit picking

Great location Easy to get in Quiet Everything you need washing machine . Was clean but needed extra detailed clean as in cups , utensils . Cooker

Had to wash the cups before using and teaspoons , The outside of the saucepan was dirty Bedding and towels didn’t smell fresh smelt like they’d been left wet too long . Bed very hard Bed side against the wall when pulled out to check we hadn’t left a charger is was dirty .

Location was nice and quite Good bus routes. Good parking.

Communication with the host was terrible. Shower leaked into room and smelt horrible. Bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. Front door lock was wobbly and hard to open/lock. Fire alarm battery wasnt in.
