It has potential if looked after

There is black mould in the bathroom which has made the whole room smell damp including the bedsheets. The bedsheets also smelt like someone sweaty had been staying there before us which makes sense as during the night the room became like a sauna even with windows open and no heating on. Bed was broken so we were laying on a slant so as you can imagine wasn’t very comfortable. Contacted the owner about this however no reply so obviously does not care about standard given. I am not fussy what so ever, it takes me alot to write a bad review so I’d say avoid until they care enough to clean the place properly.

Easy check in. Property was modern and clean. All facilities you would need including washing machine. Location was close to everything we needed, easy to get to the city centre. The host put together a nice pack about the area and local attractions etc.

The only downside was that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and pillows could probably do with replacing. Other than that, no complaints.

Contrary to other reviews, found a nice, compact and clean studio. Fridge and jar of coffee a welcome touch. Excellent price, given able to park in a quiet, residential neighborhood.

Again, contrary to many reviews - didn't really think location was great! Normally try and stay quite central when visiting a city. Yes, convenient from M32, but a long way out. Depends on why visiting I guess, for us, ten minute walk to the first and very nice pub but then another fifteen/twenty minute walk for a bus to Gloucester Rd. For that reason, probably wouldn't stay again - but as said, if that's not an issue - excellent!

The room is cozy and clean. Feels comfy.

Location was great nice and quiet, own driveway with security to help ease our minds in a new location. Easy access to the city centre. Privacy was good. When we had a problem the hosts tried their best to accommodate even though they weren’t successful. The interior was aesthetically pleasing until you looked closer at details.

Broken bed which led me to have back problems and made my stay less comfortable. Was told there would be wifi but we had no connection for half our stay. We were told we would have Netflix and couldn’t access it for our whole stay due to the wifi being poor. We didn’t even have normal satellite tv so sat in silence for the 2 days we were there. The cutlery was dirty as well as the wall next to the bed (feet and hand marks) and made us concerned about what else might’ve been dirty such as sheets or bathroom. The lighting was very bright would definitely recommend a bedside lamp of some sort for people like myself who can’t sleep in the dark and had to leave the bathroom light on instead. We were also left the basics (milk and butter) which was lovely apart from the milk was out of date.

Good size kitchen and everything you need

Overall the place was a bit dusty,Netflix didnt work properly,was a few spiders, shower head was loose sprayed water when you turned it on, mold on the toilet floor and water stain on the side of the bathroom door. Toilet Holder was loose. On the site it said shower gel and shampoo provided but it wasnt.

The property was lovely lovely and clean location was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

The property was clean and quiet, I was able to park on the driveway right by the entrance. Bed was comfy and the place had everything I needed for my one night stay.
