there was a VERY heavy smell of cigarettes

The property was very nice, small but perfectly formed. The kitchenette facilities were great, the bed was comfortable and for the price the location was superb.

I have very bad allergies and there was a patch of damp on the wall at the door to the bathroom which set off a bad reaction. Not the end of the world and I am sure lots of people would not be effected, however as the bed is low to the ground and right next to this, it got me bad.

the location

wasn't as described, no toiletries, no loo roll, one towel. smoke alarm battery door was open with no battery in there. The mattress was rock hard, pillows were old and flat. Bedding was old not matching and bobbling. shower heads were covered in limescale, mirror was thick with dust. towel ring hanging off wall

I like the facilities and appliances provided.

The bathroom is too small but it’s fine

Nice location, and when I initially walked in, I was very pleased with the place.

I couldn't get the TV to work, I also ended up sleeping in my clothes ON the bed, because when I pulled the duvet back it was obvious that somebody else had already been sleeping in it.
