Good water pressure in shower

The odours. Unfortunately the curtains had a powerful and unpleasant odour which could be smelt on entering the room. They really need a wash. The shower room smelt of rotten wood and drains.

Nice space and size, nice range of facilities, decent sized driveway, good location for what we wanted. Shower pressure and temperature was good. TV had a range of apps. Communication was great and our hosts gave clear instructions on how to find keys and the property.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, perhaps a mattress topper would benefit the next guests. WiFi kept dropping out so we had to use our own personal hotspots for the TV to work. The smell of damp in the shower room was very over powering in the studio, especially while lying in bed as it is only a foot away from the door. The overhead rainfall shower leaked while on and sprayed water all over the bathroom and the door trim kept coming loose. It was trodden on by me and very painful. With a bit of TLC I think the studio would be a wonderful little place to stay.

I was staying on a work trip and there was No WiFi at all as kept dropping out and after letting the people know they said they would try and fix it the next day ! Trouble is you couldn’t watch the tv or anything as it all needed WiFi !

Shower room needed some TLC and not even a full roll of toilet roll in there ! Was a lovely size for what I needed but could’ve done with a microwave as the multi oven wasn’t working properly ? Or I couldn’t get it to work properly ! So I’ll take the blame for that !

5 minutes from work venue

No working TV channels, only streaming apps. The flat smelt of damp and as the flat was cold. The radiator was on at minimum temp and no controls that allowed to heat the room. There is a gap in the door meaning cold air was coming in. The weather was freezing during the stay and this was not ideal. Had to sleep in a moody and tracksuit. The shower and sink did not look like it had been cleaned, the shower heads need cleaning. The walls are very thin, you could hear the people from the main house talking like they were in the room with you. Passable stay.

Great location and private and quiet

Internet WiFi was an issue but all good apart from that 😊

It was warm Ease of access and parking

The bathroom smelled bad, no toilet roll in there. No cushions on the sofa to sit. The bed was very creaky when you moved in it. Only 1 coffee sachet left. No blinds or met curtains for privacy only option was to close curtains.

It was fine for what we needed, it was warm enough and there is off road (and easy on road) parking Shower is hot and powerful enough There is lots of kitchen equipment

It was noisy from other residents in the main house at times There was old food in the fridge and cupboards The bed is not super comfy No instructions about how to be able to watch anything on tv The bathroom smell damp and throughout there are loose fixtures and fittings No iron or hairdryer (just so you know to bring your own if needed. Not a massive issue for us)

I didn't like anything, I sent a complaint, but there was no return.
