The Square

The location was perfect! Lovely building, lovely town, nice people and great surroundings.

Unfortunately the thermostat wasn't functioning properly so the showers were a bit of a challenge!

Location and accommodation

Extremely central location being on the town square. Restaurants, shops and bars all within easy walking distance. Some previous reviews mention noise but apart from a slight rumble of a few vehicles over the cobbles it was very quiet and peaceful.

Great location, very central and spacious inside Peter managed to arrange a late check out too which helped massively! Would definitely recommend

Lovely position, central to Kelso and the surrounding area. Visiting the beautiful floors castle. Good eateries in the town; the Contented Vine, Scotts ( at the moment only lunch but great if you have time) and the Cream Chimneys ( different menu Fri and Saturdays evening)

Only because we are feeling our age,! Several flights of stairs to Access.

The location is superb, having a direct view of the Square. The apartment is bright & airy, accessible & quiet. We were greeted on arrival with a selection of delicious treats.

Best position ever looking at Christmas lights in the square.

Great location especially with it overlooking the Town Hall and the Square with all the Christmas decorations. Cosy property and felt very homely

Shower wasn’t great. Very low pressure so didn’t run more than a light spray. Not a lot of space to store food in the kitchen

Nothing

We appreciated that basic essentials were provided along with some treats. The quality and cleanliness of the property could not be faulted.

On approach, the entry door at street level is on the right hand side of Fatface and not the left as in the description which caused some confusion. The radiator in the double bedroom did not provide as much heat as in the twin room.
