The beds were extremely comfortable. I slept well in the back bedroom. Very handy location for terrific brunch locations, the river and hop on/hop off bus (or other buses I presume). Lovely warm showers. We didn't use the kitchen much except for hot drinks. Very handy safety lights in the bedroom. Decorated stylishly

Poor soundproofing, you can hear the neighbours conversations on the stairs and the music from the wine bar, and the traffic. The floorboards creak upstairs very badly. Although being assured there were no feathers in the flat, every bedroom and the lounge had feather pillows so allergies triggered which was really disappointing. At the end of the alleyway to access the property, the path is broken so quite dangerous in the dark. The lock for the outside door needed some wiggling to lock/open. The floor in the kitchen is lifting in several places so watch bare/sock feet!

Spacious and fantastic location - 10 min walk to York station and 10 min walk to the centre

The location is perfect for the weekend getaway with my girls. Its walking distance to the city center!

The stairs but still ok 👌

The location was great. We walked from the train station when we arrived and also when we were leaving. There was some very good dinner options within walking distance. Also we did Hop on Hop Off bus which we could catch in walking distance to our accommodation. The accommodation was perfect for 2 couples.

Probably the only thing lacking was a fan or 2 as it was quite hot at times when we’re there. Everything else was perfect for our stay.

The flats were modern, spacious, and met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the location was brilliant, a 15-20 minute walk away from anything you could need

There was some mess, such as hair in the shower and the window in one of the rooms had been left open prior to our arrival and it had rained meaning the carpet was wet and had begun to smell.
