Excellent location

Location. Close to city centre. Good local amenities (cafes, shops). Living space Cleanliness

Basic facilities: Upstairs bedroom had no hairdryer and no mirror and nowhere to hang clothes. It also had only one bedside lamp. Shower water was intermittently hot and cold. Shower was very cramped (and we’re slim people!). There was a tear in the bedroom carpet. There was nowhere to hang coats, which meant that our coats and scarves had to be draped over the dining chairs, making the place untidy. The dining table was badly chipped. The apartment was noisy (traffic) but we appreciate that it was on a main road. If the windows had to be open in the summer, the noise would be awful. It was hot so we turned the bedroom radiators off.

The apartment itself was lovely, really well looked after and very tidy and clean.

The dishwasher/sinks had a little smell coming from them, like they’d not been run in a while. That was fine as we kept the windows open for a bit and ran the water through the sinks and dishwasher. The sinks took their time to drain, and when I let the contact know about this they were quick to offer solutions. This wasn’t a problem really for us but I was glad they were so open to fixing it for us straight away. Some small additional extras like bin bags and a few more rolls of toilet tissue, maybe even shower gel, would have been useful. It can sleep 6 people so those extras would have been used and appreciated.

Great location for getting into the city, lovely and warm. We booked the other apartment too so was lovely flitting between the two to mix with each other

Shame there was no free parking, but we were aware of this and paid parking is very close by

Fab location, on a great street with local shops and fab cafe Pig and Pastry. Very comfortable , good size perfect for 2 couple or a family and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

stairs were quite steep , but we managed fine , just something to be aware of

The location was fantastic and it had everything that you would need.

The cleaners used a dirty cloth to clean the table and the TV’s which left them streaky and cloudy. When we went to get champagne flutes 2 of them were dirty with hairs stuck to them,

Lovely apartment with great facilities. Very easy walking distance to city centre. Great bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was lovely, clean and very comfortable and a great location.
