Clean, washing machine dishwasher, location was brilliant. Really easy to get in with the key safe and directions sent beforehand

Location was excellent. Clear instructions for check in

- It was superficially clean - layer of dust everywhere, crumbs in the fridge and drawers. Needs a proper deep clean - Bedding v basic and lumpy. Felt like kitted out for students

the apartment came under accessible on booking.com, when arriving there was 17 steep stairs to get up to the property i was supporting a lady with mobility difficulties, this dampened her holiday as managing the stairs was a huge task for her, i had checked out as much as possible with the information that was provided, the floor plan of accommodation, google maps for information and also the description given and none of these stated there was 17 steep stairs to enter property, the entrance area also had really strong smell of the only way to describe was wet dog or dampness.

It was in a good location and met our needs The beds were comfortable and clean Overall it was a good apartment it could have been enhanced by the comments below

Not having somewhere to hang clothes in the ensuite room There was party confetti on the floor and the table that had not been swept up from previous tenants The stairs up to the apartment had not been hoovered
