It was warm and in a nice quiet location.

The stairs could be a problem for anyone using a stick or with slight mobility problems. An additional rail on the wall side could help make them safer.

Great location, great spacious flat and really clean! Everything you could possibly need was provided and the information given was excellent!

Good location, walking distance to the city centre and shops. Apartment was quite spacious. Kitchen is well equipped, just missing a few items. The heating system works absolutely fine, keeping me warm during cold weather

Just some minor issues: - Shower could be better fitted - kitchen could have some laddles, otherwise it's hard to cook

Location was good. Flat had everything that you need.

Self catering

No microwave but not enough space for one to be fair open stairwell a bit steep not good for elderly?? No hot water for bath a bit disappointing??

Perfectly located to get into town, the castle and gardens. Equipped with everything needed for a stay along with books, games etc to keep guests entertained.
