Lovely spacious apartment with everything you would ever need.

Nothing

Beautifully furnished!! Even the sofa bed was a really good quality comfortable one. Would have loved to stay longer but had ferry booked.

The mattress was comfortable, the shower water was hot. The apartment was roomy with most things we needed. The position of it, walking distance to town etc was fantastic! The key was where we were told it would be, easy to find. The place was spotless. We had a lovely stay.

The couch! It was pretty uncomfortable. However we didn't sit on it much, too busy sightseeing!. Also a clothes airer would have been great, the weather wasn't good enough to dry washing outside 😉

All good except check-in and check-out times, which were frankly a bit outrageous and very inconvenient for travelers without cars, travelling by ferry, etc

Good space - ideal for exploring the island from. We booked late due to a problem with other accommodation.

Bed layout not ideal for two adults + two kids. Would have been better to put up other spare bed or split the master. Was relatively expensive compared to mainland, especially given late (self) check in, early check out and expectation to empty bins/strip beds.

The apartment was located near shops and a great cafe near the bridge to take you to lews Castle. It has everything that you need house wise with a washing machine for use. Contacting the owner was easy as well

The rain

Spacious apartment with kitchen, dog friendly, good communication with host and let us check in early. Good location and secure entry. It was a good base to stay for exploring the island.

The oven wasn't working properly which was disappointing as that was one of the reasons we booked a self catering apartment.

Lovely bathroom & huge bed. Did have an issue with getting the key as didn't realise e-mail had been sent with amended code but Joanne was on site quickly to sort. Walk round the nearby Castle grounds was really nice.

Weather wasn't great & with no control over the heating it did get a bit cold in there. We were also on the early Ferry so was chilly when we had to leave at 5.30am.
