This property was basic and no way luxury or brand new. The tv had to be completely retuned we had no hot water until 4 pm on our third day and consequently had to wash in the sink as the bathroom basin had no working plug the cistern was cracked covered by tape and the bathroom door would not close.No way was it a luxury bedroom it had a comfortable king size bed and a load of cheap cushions. The fixtures and fittings were the cheapest possible and one wall light was hanging off the wall. The baking trays and cooker grill were revolting and were rusty and dirty.

The location is good but the facilities and condition of the flat are are far from luxury. The flat was cold when we arrived, and with no hot water, which due to the low water pressure, when we flagged this the next morning someone did come out to top up the boiler later that day, although it had lowered again by the end of our stay.

The whole flat feels neglected and like it needs a good deep clean, many of the walls are scuffed and stained and need repainting. The bed linen is very poor quality and v worn, the rugs, curtains and throws are stained, kitchen chairs and table very wobbly. The kitchen utensils and cutlery were dirty and incomplete, so we had to wash everything we used and buy forks, as there weren’t any. The shower tray overflows and needs re-sealing around the tray, to prevent ongoing flooding. There are no instructions for the TV, which needs to be retuned every time it’s switched on, we were talked through how to use it when we called the emergency nos. The flat is very dark and cold and the boiler needs to be fixed properly so the heating and shower works. The whole place feels very uncared for and unclean, with little attention to the details that matter.

Great location, nice apartment.

The bedroom walls were covered with black mould, which, led to us all waking up with bad chests and bad allergic reactions. I contacted the owner, who sent someone out to fix it - at a time that didn’t suit us, and, they sprayed it and left, leaving the mould there. Woke up the following day with worse symptoms, which took us all a few days to get over.

Everything was great... enjoyed our stay

Only things wrong, unsafe chair in kitchen, bathroom plug didn't work and drainage not great.

The location was great! It was easy to check in.

The apartment was very dirty and run down. It was not "brand new" or "luxury" like the advertising claims. The walls, floors, switches, table, sink, shower, everything looked like they had been given a cursory wipe with a damp cloth and THAT WAS IT. There was the filthiest mop I have ever seen in the entrance hall when we arrived and if that was used to clean the apartment I fear for our health! We did complain and someone came round but to be honest I wouldn't have noticed any difference at all after they had been if they hadn't moved things. It was truly shocking and I could not relax the whole time I was there. It is such a shame because this was obviously a really nice space when it was new, but it has been badly maintained. A leak in the bedroom needs attention, there is a pile of cigarette butts in a pot in the outside space and it looked like a person or animal had thrown up out there and it had never been cleaned. The upholstery and cushions and rugs were stained, the fridge needed a wipe, the sink had food debris in it. I could go on and on. Very disappointing and we ended up leaving a night early because I just couldn't bear to sleep there another night. Needs a massive overhaul and in the meantime do not stay here!

Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was lovely. It was very easy to find the key safe and to use the key safe.

The WiFi situation could probably benefit from an extender so that wifi can work well in the kitchen and other parts of the property,

DOES NOT RESPOND WHEN I COMPLAINED PERSONALLY! STAY AWAY! On arrival we where expecting a luxury apartment, with parking (free parking) as advertised. This was the main reason for booking this and after a long journey I did not need the extra stress of this! As a group of four, we where in for a horror as we entered the property it had a stale smell of damp, the mattresses where covered in pools of dried blood, the bedding had stains of some sort (looked as though they had been used for sexual activity) and there was also rice and crumbs all set in the pull out bed. The cleanliness was a 0 out of 10, we were horrified, we called the owner on an emergency number, they offered to changed the damp sheets and send a cleaner out. We left the property and waited, on return the property wasn't cleaned and the damp sheet where replaced with more damp, we had to go to the local Sainsbury's to buy our own bedding and cleaning equipment too clean everything. NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT FOR A BREAK AWAY!! As the first night went on, we found worse issues, the oven was caked in dirt, the shower fills up and over flows, and there are scratch marks on all of the walls AND DUST ON THE LIGHTS! It is unacceptable to call this a luxury apartment and in fact the letting agent needs to find better cleaning staff as this is dirty, grotty and quite frankly disgusting. IT WAS VILE. We tried to find another accommodation but was full. The dishes where filthy, there where no antibacterial to clean the surface's, we had to buy some to disinfect everything. There where also sploshes of what I would call human bodily fluids on the wall. The kitchen didn't have the basic items such a tea towels, a dishwasher tablet or even sunshine as there is barbed wires covering the surrounding propriety giving it a 'prision feel' The whole place was filthy and I believe we should be compensated for the bedding and cleaning equipment we had to buy at the very least.
