Norman Road Rocks Too!

The location of this property was really good for what we needed. The shower was good in the morning very powerful which is always a must when away from home.

The property was marketed as luxury however the smell of linens was disgusting with a vomit like smell, there were marks over every wall, the surfaces had dust on and were just greasy in the kitchen. The bed sheet was on upside down and I had to resist looking underneath as I suspected it was dirty and just changed round. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all as you could feel the springs. On arrival I complained that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and there was no argument that it had. Overall a very disappointed stay and I would not recommend.

Very clean and presentable. Excellent kitchen with everything you would need. Very private. No traffic noise. Brilliant location, ie as close as you can get to local shops for provisions; close to the sea; close to bus stop to Hastings if conditions too poor to walk there along the sea front.

In the kitchen are 4 chairs around a table. They all had very wobbly legs and we thought that they weren't safe to sit on. There is no hand rail in the shower. It would be of great benefit to the likes of me who is a bit arthritic and unsteady at times. Just a couple of points which could easily be attended to that may not have been thought of but which would improve the experience. I hope these comments don't put anyone off, just trying to be constructive.

Location. That’s it

Heating didn’t work. Shower flooded. Was very dirty - the rug in bedroom was stained. Towels were minuscule and didn’t dry properly. All of this is bad enough but the lack of contact from We Love Property was ridiculous. Contacted numerous times over the weekend. On Monday they finally answered the phone and promised to send someone to sort the shower and heating. They never materialised and the response was ‘nothing to do with us’. Avoid like the plague.
