The cooking pans are not healthy to use for cooking, old and many scratches

Large and had everything as well as a lift

The staff who greeted us when we arrived on the weekend, the man wouldn’t look after our bags but Hilton across the rd did and the woman behind the desk didn’t say a word. The man who was on the rest of the days was lovely

The location was great very near to the Centre

It was a little bit cold inside as the heating turned off in the evening and it was impossible to restart it for the night, the hairdryer was defectuous

The apartment is lovely and spacious. Ideal location in the city centre. Had a great stay here. Would definitely recommend.

the flat was tired looking desperately needing painting there was mould in the two showers old trusty toilet roll holders broken bin dust on every skirt over the telly the two glass shelves were dusty and sticky ,handles in the kitchen could do with a scrub ,lights didn’t work in the wall in wardrobe and more towels were needed one towel per person for four days is nowhere near enough ,the sofas both had rips ,the coffee table , was all scratched and marked ,there was a chunk out of the wall in the big bedroom behind tgd door ,considering this was supposed to be a luxury flat ,it was tired and drab looking

An apartment - we prepared our own toast

State of apartment, huge deposit against damage, mould in showers, dishwasher full of dirty dishes, lights not working, no plug for bathroom basin . . . My trip was spilt by worry that I would be charged for broken sofa, scratched floor, marked hob. . .

Nice location, very roomy, lovely view.

The refrigerator smelled of rotten vegetables, making it unusable, which was a huge disappointment since the kitchen was otherwise nicer than the kitchen we have at home!

The location and view were fantastic. Was bigger than expected. Nice and warm apartment. Parking was easy.

Needs a bit of TLC. Sofa broken. Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans need topped up. TV and internet didn't work. 5G signal was good.
