The apartment was huge! Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful for our family of four - one bathroom had a bath and a shower and the other had a shower. Good hot water and water pressure - though the water pump in the hall closet was a bit noisy. The furnishings were lovely - just as seen in the photos. The view over Glasgow was stunning. There was a 24 hour concierge in the lobby - all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking space was in the garage right off the lobby with a roll-up door right to Renfrew street and the keys had the fob for the roll-up door. The main Glasgow shopping street, Sauciehall, was only a block away including a Tesco supermarket. Many excellent restaurants within a 2-4 block radius. We recommend the Red Onion.

I intensely disliked the process before arriving. The hosts insisted on using What's App to deliver the final instructions - unclear why. Also required that the deposit be paid separately on the World Pay website - literally took 1 1/2 hours since the website was so glitchy and kept crashing. This had to be done on my phone the day before arriving since the World Pay link and instructions were only sent the day before. The hosts are a real estate firm that works 9-5 so not available the night before to sort out the payment issue. Make sure to allot enough time to deal with the website!!! Also, very minor, the apartment had some light bulbs out.

It was in a good location, and the apartment was surprisingly big.

It was in a poor condition and quite dirty. Lots of damage to the furniture and ripped carpets. Lots of muck in places where they had obviously given it a quick whip round clean before we got there.

The location is very nice and building is good

Beds - Sleeping was a nightmare, The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were very uncomfortable

Was very bright in bedrooms so was awoken early due to light coming in.

the key selling points for the apartment are its location/ free parking a massive bonus and the size

the apartment generally didn’t feel clean. items left in the dishwasher, hair on carpets, freezer wasn’t clean at all. kitchen hob had marks all over. no mattress or pillow protectors so pillows had stains (we bought fresh pillows) decor was in need of updating - paint need refreshed. holes in walls where paintings had been or door handle had banged against it. sofa was ripped. appliances dated oven seal had gone washing machine definitely seen better days hob was badly marked fridge missing drawers. we had no TV the whole of our 5 day stay even though we reported this day 2 as there was an issue with the ariel. showers also have a lot of black stains around the seals.

Too many things didn't work, the couch was broken, the cutlery and crockery weren't clean... we had to check and wash everything before we used it. I had endless trouble with wifi and TV. The phone contact tried her best to trouble shoot but having someone meet us and help us set up would have been good, especially when we had so many things wrong. Concierge said they just managed the front.
