City Views Apartment City Centre FreeParking

The location of the apartment was close to the city center, there were lots of windows and a nice view of the city from the 9th floor. The people at the reception desk were helpful.

Overall the host was unresponsive to messages that were sent regarding the apartment. We were only provided one key though there were two of us so we had to coordinate to be able to get in and out of the apartment. I never heard back from the host when I messaged about this. As noted by others, the noise from the boiler is loud and constant. In addition, the freezer was completely frosted over to the point that the door would not close and again there was not response from the host about this. I had to buy handsoap and toilet paper as only a little was provided for a 5 day stay of 2 people. Overall the apartment was not well cleaned with lots of dirt on many of the surfaces in many of the rooms.

so many things were in disrepair, dirty moldy shower, blinds don’t work, washing machine broken, no help from accommodation people to address the issues.

the beds were extremely uncomfortable, soft mattresses. i encourage the owner to invest in good mattresses. there was also a constant very loud noise coming from the boiler in the hallway, keeps you up at night even with the doors closed. no extra toilet paper provided, also no basic kitchen cleaning towels provided. for the price we paid its basic things you would expect.
