had to wash crockery before we could use it! had to clean shower as still hairs and empty shampoo bottle in it!

Great location and an incredibly helpful concierge who assisted when the property owner/managers did not

There is so much wrong with this apartment. Our top gripe was the switching off of the electricity supply by the energy company during our stay, as the bills had not been paid. Management company no help at all and left us to fix it ourselves, with a 7 week old baby and 2 year old to keep safe. Other than balancing on a stool in the dark and pressing buttons at random, we had the same issues and comments as others. Damages everywhere, uncomfy beds, ripped sofa, most lights out, no kitchen supplies/cooking items, coffee machine/TV broken, washing machine mouldy and no instruction manual (in fact no manuals), unclean, noisy water pump, noisy floorboards, the list goes on. The owner has been completely let down by their management company who are doing a terrible job and are also unresponsive. Photos of apartment look nothing like the damaged and tired place of today and are completely misleading.

Excellent city centre location with super views. Spacious lounge, dining area and lovely bathrooms.

This apartment is more suitable for 4 adults as opposed to 6 as two of the double beds were very small and couldn’t really sleep two adults comfortably. There is certainly space for a sofa bed which would really improve the comfort of this apartment. The kitchen had a coffee machine with a variety of pods but none of which fitted the machine.
