Distance to city centre. Facilities. Very comfortable bed. Bedroom is a good size. Great shower. Warm and cosy. TV in bedroom and living room.

Road is busy. Noise from road sweeper seems to happen about 6am but then quietens down until about 8am. Blind in living room needs fixing as could not to go all the way down. One remote needs batteries replacing. These are easy to remedy. Apartment is compact. May not be suitable for two couples.

"It was like a Channel 4 programme but the before not the after"

great view of the park and easy to walk to city centre

very strong smell of weed in the block, dirty walk up (not the owners fault) ripped bed linen which I challenged but apparently that is normal for rented properties, stained, very cramped bathroom, dirty, broken window held together with a plaster, no milk or breakfast tea. I left after one night.

Very clean and in a reasonable location. Plenty of hot water and a good shower.

No plug for wash basin. No instructions for appliances especially oven, microwave and washing machine. Kitchen bin didn’t feel very secure. Broken sash cord on bedroom window meant it needed propping open (this is not new according to previous guest comments!) .
