Old Rectory - Scoulton

Great country retreat. We would book again. The host allowed a 1 night booking and us to bring a small friendly dog so it was perfect.

Lovely, quiet rural location. 4 bedrooms great as we were a group of 4 ladies. Kitchen well kitted out, we cooked a meals. Private courtyard and outdoor table.

Lounge a little small, if you were there for a few days in the winter it might be cramped. The apartment separated by a door from next apartment. Didn’t bother us at all but worth noting.

Charm with some modern touches and easily accessible

Such a lovely property, rooms well decorated and everywhere exceptionally clean.

The location was beautiful.

Agreed check in time was not honoured. I had to wait outside the property for a good 40 minutes on a hot day while the cleaner finished off. Pillows need replacing as they have gone hard and lumpy.

A little tricky to find, but follow the host notes carefully and it was fine. Signal is very weak there but that's the area rather than the property.

Everything. Had a wonderful stay. Great Host & property.
