Perfect for what we wanted

We catered for ourselves whilst there. We could have done with a slotted spoon for our poached eggs. The alternatives we tried let the eggs through!! Definite lack of bowls. We made do with a mix of what was there but would be better if there was a set. We were a group of 4.

It was a beautiful place, alot bigger then I expected. Looking forward to rebooking when the weather is warmer to enjoy the garden.

Only comment I could make is that the lounge would be snug with 7 people. But because of the age of the building its what it is.

The property was gorgeous and lovely and quiet. The owners were wonderful.

It was quite hard to find.

Two story apartment at the back of an old rectory. The ground floor was quite small, just a small kitchen and snug, but it did the job for us as we were meeting up for a family party elsewhere. Upstairs was like a tardis , lots of space 4 bedrooms ( two interconnected )two bathrooms and a kitchenette. Lovely and warm and clean. I loved it for its quirkiness, history, wide floorboards , fireplaces etc. Maybe not for everyone if you aren’t used to Norfolk charm .

Mattress’s could do with updating ( saying that we all slept very well) as could the window blinds and kitchen flooring. Bit tricky to find especially at night , we arrived in three cars and all managed to not find it on the first go! We sent the final car the location using what 3 words which helped, but that wasn’t 100% accurate.
