My stay at this property was ultimately honoured, but I discovered that my booking had been double-charged. The owner was aware of the issue, yet the additional payment has still not been refunded. I’ve sent countless emails, made numerous phone calls and left multiple voicemails but I have received no response or resolution. The lack of communication and failure to address the overpayment has been extremely disappointing. Until this issue is resolved, I’m unable to recommend this property.

very spacious and clean apartment, nice and warm throughout. Spacious shower and bath, large bedroom, comfy bed. Just a short walk to the Winchester Pitt park and ride.

Great location, very clean

Good, clean, comfortable accommodation with parking was a bonus. Good transport links to city centre if you need them but we walked in. Ideal for our 2 night stay. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area. 😀

Nothing much wrong really as we said above. It could just do with a lamp near the sofa so that you can read if you want to.

The location

No heating as as in December we expected better they turned the heating off st 8am we only stayed 1 night as very uncomfortable being cold I messaged owner for a heater but no reply
