Location.

Location was good the seven flights of stairs was not

No heating for three days . Washing machine rinsed in hot water ruined a delicate wash . Oven was terrible ruined a fillet steak meal . Window pane blown ruined the view of the sea

Everything free parking clean modern and and lovely sea view

Great location on the seafront

Not clear when booking on booking.com if it was the basement flat or with a sea view as the photos showed all the apartments in the building.

The location was fantastic, property was super clean and had more than enough facilities. The additional ‘insurance cover’ adds extra cost to stay of £25.

There was 2 flights of stairs the our property and on an evening the lights didn’t work so we had to use our torches on our phone while carrying an infant to bed

Property right on the seafront with beautiful views. Easy to access with lock box and in a great location. Property was very clean and it was perfect as we could bring the dogs with us. Only thing to consider is the stairs if you aren't great with mobility as there is no lift.

Only things that we felt needed to be provided as standard that weren't are: * 1 extra toilet roll (only 1 provided for 4 people) * Some sort of anti bacterial surface spray (none provided) * Kitchen roll (none provided)

The location was lovely looking directly out to sea and the pier. The apartment was clean spacious and very comfortable.

Location of the property was great

The added cost of insurance, this should included or advertised before booking and paying in full. Also receiving reminders about if there are any damages to report straight away. We stay in a lot of cottages and felt it was a little over the top with this- not too sure if they’ve had negative experiences in the past.
