Main front door often left open from the other apartments

Great location, very close to the sea. Apartment was clean. First impressions of the house where the apartment is located are not great but that is something outside of the control of the holiday rental company. Beds were great (in my view), and very comfortable (please refer to previous comments about the beds and how uncomfortable they are!). Kitchen well equipped for a short stay.

We could have done with a spare bin liner and one spare toilet roll! We had to buy both whilst staying. However, this is a minor detail in what was a very pleasant stay

Location was excellent the view was excellent

the property external requires maintenance the flat handle was loose and the paint work was tired..

Great location and reasonable price

Some minor cleanliness issues, the handle on the flat door was loose. The bathroom basin tap was opposite (hot was cold and cold was hot)

This was our second stay as a family of four. Like the first time it didn’t disappoint. Clean, comfortable and close to all you need. The sea view is a wonderful!!! Everything you could possibly need for a relaxing comfortable stay. We would choose seabreeze apartment every time we visit Eastbourne and we visit on semi regular basis. The view, balcony and parking. Plus very warm and toasty.

Beds memory foam and not used to them. Slept well but uncomfortable for lounging.

Perfect place, only negative parking is at rear & need to walk round to front door, but not far at all.

Location

Not to a booking.com standard. Hard mattresses. Dirty bedding covered in cat hair and human hair and pubes. Cheap bedding. Had to go out and get my own bedding. Bedroom draws hair left in them. Cutlery was put in the drawer dirty. Out of date food left in the cupboard. Kitchen cupboard doors and handles dirty. Microwave dirty and rusty... Balcony was dirty with ash trays just left. Cushions for balcony dumped in kitchen and was clearly not cleaned under them. Resident Flat below constantly cooking onions we could smell, also owner of a black cat. Resident Flat above us had children running up and down and crying until 11.30pm. Front door lock dodgey. Owner did not respond when I called or messaged for clean linen.

Good location. Flat had potential as good layout. Nice touch with the Christmas tree.

Run down outside. Flat needed a deepclean. Dirty used sponge left for us on top of folded teatowels. Chocolate wrapping left in drawer. Unwashed cups in cupboard and dirty utensils and utensils drawer. Thin poor quality, dirty quilts and yellow stained pillows. Shower curtain and shower mouldy.
