"Needs a deepclean, then cleaning before guests."

Good location. Flat had potential as good layout. Nice touch with the Christmas tree.

Run down outside. Flat needed a deepclean. Dirty used sponge left for us on top of folded teatowels. Chocolate wrapping left in drawer. Unwashed cups in cupboard and dirty utensils and utensils drawer. Thin poor quality, dirty quilts and yellow stained pillows. Shower curtain and shower mouldy.

"An ideal base to enjoy Eastbourne."

We arrived after the check in time and the flat wasn't ready. It had not been cleaned and serviced after the previous occupants. We were unable to contact the owner to find out what was going on. We had no where else to stay and after a long haul flight it was a bit of a nightmare. We returned a few hours later and the cleaners were there. They were very apologetic and the place was spotless when they finished. It was a shame the holiday started like this because overall, Seabreeze is a great place to stay.

"Cheap apartment, good views, fairly basic."

Great location and sea view. Very quiet because bedrooms are at the back of the building.

Building entrance and behind the apartment was a little down at heel. Fairly normal for these sort of places, but useful to know. In the kitchen the rings on the stove were temperamental and the door blocks the fridge. I'd just remove it and leave and doorway and get rid of the microwave as it takes up too much counter space. Beds were too short, my feet reached the end At 5ft 6 you don't expect that.

"It's okay for a short stay, needs some improvement"

Location was great. Balcony was nice. It was close to the seafront, the pier and shops. Beds were comfy and clean.

Fridge behind the door is a real pain, and the wedge used to keep the kitchen door open doesn't do the job too well. TV is tiny, and vibrates with sound. The hob needs fixing as the flames do not stay on. Front door entrance does not lock, it's open all the time. Our car grounded out going into the car parking space as the slope to the space is so steep. You cant unload outside of the property as it's double yellow lines and a very busy road.

Overall it's a very pleasant apartment. The view is nice. The area feels safe. It's very close to the seafront.

There were flies in the kitchen. Not sure where from but by the third day there were loads.

Nice location with small balcony and sea view. On main road but bedrooms at back are quiet.

Lock to front door of building was broken. Reported on day 1 and host responsive but it could not be replaced during my stay of 3 days. Chose to leave a day early as felt unsafe. Standard of cleaning should be improved. Previous guests' food and empty wrappers left in kitchen cupboard. Mugs were dirty with tea drips and tide marks on outer and inner of mugs. Providing only 1 loo roll for a two-bedroom property is inadequate. The free parking space is a bonus, shame the rear of the property (out of the control of the owner) looks like a dumping ground.
