Seabreeze Apartment

Position and cleanliness, nice view.

Mattresses not the most comfortable and the throws on the bed very tired.

Inside of the property was great. Fantastic view and balcony. 2 nice bedrooms. Kitchen well set up. Bus stop across the road.

Shared Front door lock not working. Outside area not tidy. Beds not comfortable.

Location good, parking good, view good. Property comfortable and clean, also bright and cheerful.

Mismatched crockery, otherwise well equipped.

The apartment was clean, but the surroundings were disgusting.

The back of the apartment is like a rubbish dump.. The adjoining balcony was covered in dog faeces, rendering the balcony inaccessible. The windows and balcony door could not be opened due to the stench and the flies. The first morning, there was no hot water because the boiler was not working. We left after one night.

Hallways leading to appartment looked a bit grubby and needed a bit of paint Again outside building needed tidying up Garden needs tiding up

Overall flat was liveable for 6 days

Host was not helpful and impossible to contact when we checked in with problems

The apartment was beautiful stylish and clean. Had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We travel to Eastbourne on a semi regular basis and sea breeze apartment has been the best so far, especially travelling with two children. They had space to play (5yr old) and space to chill alone (14yr old) Location was great, walking distance to town and local Sainsbury’s. Wonderful!

The only thing that was a negative was the mattress but that’s more of a me thing (Mrs) as I have arthritis and a memory foam mattress is horrible for my needs so I hardly slept and was in pain. I would definitely return if I could sleep more comfortably.

Location is great, lovely view and great to sit on balcony. Easy to get to when coming into Eastbourne.

Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable. The mattress on the double bed is thin and very tired and could do with replacing. It would be great if there was a spare toilet roll and enough washing up liquid for a 3 day stay (it was an almost empty bottle).
