Quirky, homely and comfortable, everything required for a short break. Kate our host was amazing, very knowledgeable about the area and nothing was too much trouble. Nice touch was the fresh bread, milk and marmalade on arrival. 10-15 minute walk to Holmfirth centre.

Hard pushed to find any negatives, it did rain but Kate couldn’t fix that!

What a fabulous place to stay! Kate was an amazing host, very kindly running us up to the vineyard for our birthday tour! The accommodation has absolutely everything you will need for your stay. Comfy, spotlessly clean, lovely outdoor lounges just perfect! Short walk down into Holmfirth - great restaurants and cafes. Stunning walks on your doorstep. We went to the amazing Picturedrome to see a Billy Joel tribute, 15 minute's walk from Wimpenny place. We'll definitely be back !

We throughly enjoyed our stay at wimpenny place. Excellent location only a 10 minute walk from the centre of holmfirth. Beautiful decoration throughout and very clean and quiet. Host extremely helpful. We will definatly stay here again

A lovely quirky apartment, with everything you need,ideal for two people. Nice touches fresh bread, marmalade and milk on arrival. The bed is was so comfortable, I had the best nights sleep!

The place is whimsical and interesting, and a perfect size for 2 people for a weekend. There is a lovely mural on the wall, the bed is comfy and the host was really lovely and welcoming. If I ever go to holmfirth again I’d stay at this place. It’s a good location to walk to the local vineyard and into the centre of holmfirth

We spent a wonderful weekend in and around Holmfirth. Wimpenny Place is the perfect place to explore the Peak District, just a few minutes from the town center. The apartment It's charming, clean, and tidy, with everything we needed. Kate is very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the bread and marmalade.
