"neglectful maintenance, which is a shame."

Great Location. Great instructions for collecting keys. Responsive when I had a question about the internet.

Lots and lots of maintenance issues. For examples, frig door does not shut so builds up ice, kitchen tap flops (needs to be tightened), show drain blocked so you stand in water, shower door needs to be fixed in place, toilet keeps running water after flushing, draws and cupboards are filthy, cooking pots need handles tightened, and more.

Very spacious and tidy with a lovely balcony, perfect stay for a retreat with your partner but I could also see it being a nice stay with your family aswell.

It was spacious. Had bathroom and ensuite. Lovely big sofa in lounge.

Shower flooded. Overflow noise all night. Carpet in bedroom needs replacing. Lots of dog walks walking close by bedroom window.

"Goods size and comfortable apartment close enough to many things to make it a good base."

Nice apartment, very comfy sofa and well laid out overall. Tv with firestick setup already was great and very useful for down time. Wifi worked great. Showers were good and bathrooms nice and clean. Dedicated parking space, which is needed in that area, although many of the other dedicated spaces did not seem to be in use by other residents. Close enough to the train station were you could easily get straight into London or to the Sea. Shops were also relatively close and restaurants, bars and takeaway all nearby. Town centre was a bit of a trek, but mostly because it is all uphill to the high street. Advantage is, it is easy enough to walk downhill on the way back after a night out or whatever.

Beds were small. The double bed barely fitted my daughter and my wife. They struggled and the singles were thin and fairly short singles. So sleeping did get broken up for all for sudden fear of falling out or just trying to turn over, etc. However the beds were comfortable and nicely made, with nice duvet's, etc. So apart from physical size of them, they were fine. Really nothing else of note to mention. Was good overall.

"Got potential with a little tlc"

Good location if visiting or working in London with good access to rail and road networks. Good size with most necessities for visit along with ‘under ground’ parking space for one vehicle in this residential apartment area.

Unfortunately I’ve stayed in very many 8+ ratings and with a little attention to shortcomings this property should then be worthy of that rating. Smelt of smoke, carpets threadbare in parts and floor trims missing. beside furniture tired and damaged along with radiators needing a coat of paint and odd small bathroom fixtures fixed. Alerted agent, with small cost all could be made good and be fine.
