The location was great very near to the Elizabeth Line to get into Central London. The flat itself is in a really good position and feels lovely and safe with a great outdoor area. Our daughter's said the single beds were extremely comfortable.

There is a snag list for this flat just bits of things broken or looking tired, like the carpet into the ensuite, also all the drawers in the freezer are broken and also one in the fridge. The double bed was very uncomfortable you could hear the springs every time you moved. It just feels like it needs a bit of TLC.

Good location, within easy walking distance of shops and railway station, convenient for London visits. Having two bathrooms is a bonus when travelling with an adult family.

A very intoxicated woman was squatting in the apartment. Nothing was done to prepare the accommodation, the apartment was a mess. The woman proceeded to harass us. I very scary experience. We were left with nowhere to stay. The management of this property was terrible, spoilt our trip. Very disappointing

Some maintenance problems with water drainage in the shower & bathroom .Loose water tap on kitchen sink . Carpet frayed from bedroom to bathroom .

The key box was easy to find and the instructions were clear and detailed for how to get to the property

The parking permit wasn’t in the key box or property and no response from the host when I asked about it
