Spacious, good showers, quiet

The apartment did not get a lot of natural light. Freezer was frozen over so we had to spend some time defrosting so we could use it.

Disgustingly dirty

Not cleaned at all, front door and windows open. Alcohol and dirty bedding everywhere, wet towels and toilet roll on floors. No reply from owner or property affects and no refund from Booking.com yet!

Great location only 10 minutes walk from the train station..on the jubilee line so direct into central London is only 40 minutes 👌The flat is very clean and pleasantly surprised with 2 bathrooms 🤣 nicely presented and the balcony is a bonus ❤️

I love cooking and it’s more advice..just need a few bigger pans for cooking.. x

Nicely furnished apartment

it was in a quiet location and was acceptably clean. bed sheets were clean and fresh towels were provide. access to the property was straight forward.

there’s lots of little things the property need to address and did not pick up the phone when called. they are happy to respond to messages on straight forward requests like the wi-fi code yet there are several things that are concern in the property. I raised these on messages and still have not received anything back from them. i would not stay here again unless these things are resolved. i would have overlooked some of the smaller points if the security / safety concerns weren’t a problem. security / safety concerns - main door lock was not operating correctly and needs fixing. - bedroom bathroom ceiling spot lights one light fully missing with wires hanging down with another above the shower not working ( didn’t look like a waterproof ceiling spot light) Fridge - there was a terrible smell in the fridge so did not use. BIN BAGS - property send messages asking to talk rubbish with you and DO NOT supply bin bags! Kitchen tap works however was not secure and wobbled all over the place. - cheap kettle did not work due to a broken switch which was left plugged in and switch on at the mains. standing lamp in living room was faulty and flickering either new bulb or could be faulty light it self. holes in the ceiling in the main bedroom. cupboard door handle was not secured on. beds poor quality mattresses and given price you can pay for budget hotels where a better standard is provided. also budget hotels would have a king size bed the bed in main bedroom is a small double. door bard threshold missing , could easily be replaced. also the dining table bench- i’m pretty average in size and weight and would not trust 2 people sitting to eat on the bench!

Close to station/town centre

Tired and run down. Dirty fridge/freezer oven filthy had to clean inside tray as had food on it. Tap in kitchen not fitted properly. Hole in ceiling in bedroom. Door handle loose /falling off on wardrobe door. Gaps between rooms on the floor fittings. Light bulb hanging out the ceiling. Needed a good clean

Facility; close to tube; secluded; no noise or disturbance around; car park; kitchen facility; response from the host during urgent call; heating facility; access.

Darkness/lack of light due to its position; appeared to be a bit damp and cold may be due to the time of the year and lack of sunrays; carpets needs changing; got hurt during entering the toilet in the on-suite from a screw in the floor; few taps needs attention.
