Not enough glasses and mugs. 10am checkout. Tried to book late checkout, but host didn't respond.

The 'ground' floor flat was in a quiet position. Only saw delivery drivers. There were stairs or a lift to get from the lower ground floor pavement, main entrance and car park. The flat was clean (with the exception of the oven tray and draining board) and well decorated. The lounge was very comfy, great tv Fab balcony space with nice open view of green space. The kitchen was well equipped The bathrooms were good with excellent showers. Nice large mirror in main bedroom. All flats have a massive planted courtyard in the centre with a covered walkway.

The gate key stopped working, affecting our access from and back into the car park. We attempyed changing batteries but no use, then we notified the owner. We just had to wait for others to open the gate. Mattress springs were noisy. As basic quality so more comfy for kids/young adults. Missing light bulbs No hair dryer One bedside table No dressing table in main bedroom

Only 10 mins walk to Brentwood Station and from there a direct line into central London. Easy instructions for entering the property and knowing where to park. Clean apartment.

Smell of smoke when you enter the property. Needs some TLC to finish the apartment off. Carpet well warn in sections of the 2 bedrooms. Shower door in the en-suite doesn’t close properly so water leaks out of shower cubicle. Door strips missing from floor so there is gaps.

A house that gives the comfort of your own home. Recommended for accommodation, quiet, clean and fully equipped for any facility! A welcoming host who does not bother you but prompt if you have any needs or requests. Very modern and pleasant

Beautiful spacious clean flat in great location.

TV didnt work , took a day and a half to finally find out there was no data....... No toilet rolls in any of the bathrooms , surely it's common curtesy to leave some .We'd travelled for 4 hrs arrived late and had to go looking to get some....

Lovely location, quiet and comfortable for my family. Good parking, my car was safe. Excellent access to central London without the constant hustle and bustle of the big city itself.

Apartment itself was a bit tired. Carpet frayed on the threshold to the on-suite bathroom. Some of the crockery needed washing before use. But all minor problems outweighed by the positives

the parking being private the flat and its location and all the surroundings

just preferred two double beds as its work related our visits
