Location. Warm and cosy. Modern. Comfortable bed.

Dirty cutlery and glassware. Dirty entrance to building. Noisy pipework when using water/flushing toilet and door banging shut from shop beneath apartment.

Trendy pad in the heart of Whitby

The parking wasn’t none only street parking quite far away ..although the parking permit was paid by the property.

The location is excellent

Sofa had been cleaned but was still damp over the weekend.

The location and very comfortable. Clear check inn Instructions. Great shower and free parking included near by

We had to contact ( phone )host for information regarding entry to property, nil prompt reply to messages sent. Plate chipped / broken on arrival. Limited supply of plates .

Great central location close to shops and restaurants. Well equipped Kitchen. comfortable bed and living room.

Too many stairs. Bathroom door needs fixing.

Good location, well furnished, good cooker, comfortable.

Very little provided, when we got there there weren’t even any coat hangers so when I messaged them about this is just got a bot replying telling me that although they know it’s important, they don’t provide them. Had to go and buy some (and left them there so hopefully the next folks that stay wont have that problem 😂). Also not thoroughly cleaned as there was muck and dust under the sofas and the boxes in the bedroom.

The location was perfect, apartment was lovely, especially the bathroom

Could have been a little cleaner, windows were dirty and sofa could have done with a hoover, there was cracked/chipped plates, no oven trays to cook anything and no microwave

Good location.

Prefer a door on the toilet from the bedroom, privacy. Sliding door was broken and couldn't be fixed. waste bin wasn't emptied and smelt. Pan had food stuck on. Dangerous 12th step and no light.NO microwave.Dirty

Absolutely banging location. Right in the middle of Whitby overlooking the harbour.
