Balmoral Apartment

The location was excellent with fantastic views. Being a self-catering apartment it was ideal when spending time in Keswick. Having somewhere to go back to and relax after a walk was perfect. It was well equipped and had everything we needed.

The apartment could have done with a coat stand or hooks on the wall and some more clothes hangers in wardrobe.

Excellent location right in the heart of Keswick.

A general inspection of the property is needed. Missing cups and utensils need replacing, couple of areas need cosmetically sorting, sink plug in bathroom needs sorting. This was highlighted on previous comments earlier in the year.

The apartment was in a central location in Keswick. It had a lovely view of the mountains and was comfortable and clean . Parking was an added bonus.

The windows could do with resealing. It was as if they were open. Lack of WiFi which in an area of poor mobile reception was limiting to find out hiking routes etc. External stairs were a little slippy, and quite the hike.

The area was great

I'm so sorry to say this ,but the bed was atrocious, we had to sleep on the floor , which is not good at all at any age , I got told it was 3rd floor after booking 60 steps in all outdoor metal steps that in the rain is very slippy ,especially when we had to carry the dog who refused to go on them , I could go on but won't as the worst was theres not a decent sleeping area ,I'm sorry but had to say ,,,
