Balmoral Apartment

Good location

Needs a deep clean, kitchen missing basic facilities and mattress needs replacing as can feel the springs.

Location and views

Dirty, dated, mould on blinds and around door. Bed very uncomfortable, 7 flights of stairs to get to apartment

The location is fantastic. The apartment is right in the centre of Keswick and has fantastic views of the surrounding hills. Off road parking was extremely useful.

The decor was very tired and the apartment needs redecorating. Also a shortage of plates and mugs, and no plug made washing up very difficult.

The apartment was very comfy And had all cooking essentials

The stairs up to apartment No sink lug and manager said couldn’t get one for 3 days, so very hard to do dishes , bathroom plug didn’t work as well,, plus no Wi-Fi

Great location, right in the centre of Keswick, easy access to lots to do.

The apartment was up 6 flights of stairs, and was a little awkward to find at first.

Good location

1. Very difficult to find 2. Communication re check in appalling 3. No access to property from parking 4. Six flight of steps not mentioned in advert 5. Described as spacious , reality is cramped 6. Anyone with any kind of difficulty in walking could not stay here

- Couldn’t ask for a better location, steps weren’t a problem for me but for older or less mobile people I could see it being an issue (same to be said of dogs). Excellent views on the other hand though with being so high up.
