Picardy Place Apartment

Fabulous location. The owners of the apartment are so good at responding. They own the Italian restaurant underneath and food is excellent. The apartment is spacious.. We got tram from airport and this stops right outside apartment. Close to all amenities. The apartment has everything you need ,even tea,coffee,washing up liquid,toiletries all in apartment and a tesco 2 minute walk. There is also games to play ,good wifi and netflix.. We got to leave luggage in restaurant as our flight was later in evening. We went as family of 10 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. .

Up 3 flights of stairs with no lift .

Lots of crockery and excellent showers. Lovely and warm. Coffee, tea and jam available. Good contact from host

There were seven of us so didn’t all fit on sofas. Maybe some bean bags? We weren’t sure where to put the rubbish - sorry. Maybe a photo would help?

Stairs! But we knew when we booked it was on the third floor however people with mobility issues would find it hard.

Comfortable and clean. Simply appointed and flexible. Nice eat-in kitchen. Lovely big windows. Able to see a bit of the river Forth and Fife Coast on a clear day. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and personable. Would stay again!

I liked everything!

Great location. Bed comfortable a shower and a kettle, who wants more from city centre walking distance to all of Edinburgh, especially during fringe.

It says what it is on the tin. No frills but all mod cons. So good.
