Everything was perfect. Everything was clean, well maintained, enough of everything in the kitchen, wifi worked, heating worked, unlimited hot water, location was good.

Maybe the only complaint if Im thinking hard is that one of the bedrooms had a small passage behind the bed, not perfect for less mobile/people with a bit more weight.

The apartment was perfect!!! Very clean, warm and cosy. It had everything we needed, incl. kitchen appliances/utensils/ nice bedlinens and even slippers! The host was fantastic - very hospitable, helpful, kind and informative. We had a great stay!

Comfortable, clean flat in a great location for Fringe performances at Summerhall and on the Meadows. Very comfortable beds which were at the back of the flat away from the road, so nice and quiet. Good sized open kitchen/living room. Tea and coffee and a some beverages in the fridge were welcome. Bonus to have Sainsburys less than a minute away!

The apartment was clean, well equipped and really homely. Pete was an excellent host who met us at the property to make sure we knew how everything worked at the apartment and where to leave the keys upon check out. There were lovely extra touches, such as putting drinks in the fridge - The milk was much appreciated, so we could have a cuppa straight away! The location is brilliant, near a lot of cafes/shops and within walking distance of the centre of the city. And if you are staying during the Fringe, it is a stones throw from three performance locations, including Summerhall. Fantastic stay, thank you so much!

I can't think of anything I didn't like, I would stay again in a heart beat!

Excellent apartment, everything you needed. Very clean and comfortable. Great central location for the festival.

One bedroom way too small for the bed in it. Could hardly squeeze past every time. Maybe a clothes dryer would be good.

10 out of 10. Not right in the center but a 15 minute walk and great to explore the area. Nice restaurants nearby and a sanisburys literally 1 minute from the apartment. Clean, cozy and modern. Pete was lovely when receiving us!

We can't recommend this place enough. Easy walking distance from city centre, Arthur's Seat etc... Free, safe, off-road parking. The flat itself clearly has had a lot of thought and love put into it. Very clean, odourless and modern. All the facilities you could need. Very comfy beds. Waterfall, walkin shower. The host, Pete was very friendly and he willingly chatted about the locality and attractions with us.

We loved the place, so this is nitpicking, but it could do with a blind on the bathroom window - despite being frosted glass, it's ground floor and overlooked by other apartments. We hung a towel up.
