Causewayside

The property was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. The location is great and has good bus links and is also walking distance into the centre of Edinburgh. Pete was extremely helpful in recommending places to see/eat in the local area, and also kindly posted us something that we left behind. We had a great stay!

Easy access to bus stops. Lots of dining choices nearby.

The apartment was is a great location 20 minutes walk into the city centre through a lovely park or just 5 minutes away from a main bus route. Small well known supermarket just round the corner with everything you need if you didn't want to cook there were plenty of other options now far away

The flat is amazing! Has everything that you need and it's very comfortable. It's very close to the city centre and even closer to the park (the Meadows), which was amazing as we were lucky with wonderful weather :) After long days of exploring the city we could relax and enjoy our evenings watch TV or just talking. Amazing!

Very clean and spacious. Decorated nicely and located in a good area. Not far from the centre. Pete was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area

This place was great. Pete, our host was fantastic. He greeted us at the door, went through all the amenities, many that were unexpected and a were a pleasant surprise. He also helped us plan some things to do and orient us to Edinburgh. The location is perfect. It is 5 to 20 min walk to all the big attractions but the neighborhood was not touristy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Pete's pub and restaurant recommendations were dead on. It is near the university, and I think that most of the surrounding establishments were much more affordable as they cater to students and locals, not tourists. Our only regret was that we did not get to thank Pete personally upon our departure.

20 minutes walk into heart of town abut further than I thought.

Great location, especially as we were coaching at the Royal Commonwealth Pool. Plenty of walk in restaurants dotted around. Lovely flat, very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The host was easy to contact if we needed him, and met us for our keys. Should a competition be placed in Edinburgh again we will be looking to stay here again. Great that it has parking off the street as well!
