Heart of Hastings Historic Old Town

I liked the location nice kitchen I had like place but

The sofa bed was unsleeple it had a bit of wood that hurt sitting on it beds not comfortable old shame cause would of been ok

Easy to find, comfortable, spacious, close to town, would happily stay again

Broken bedroom door handle so door wouldn’t shut, lamp in bedroom wouldn’t work, general decor a lil run down, and air fresheners had to be put in cupboard as affected sinuses.

Good location, easy key box access, clean bedding, carpets and kitchen appliances.

Large bedroom bed mattress - springs uncomfortable. Smaller bedroom mattress okay but curled up and worn out. LOTS of damp on one wall. The large bedroom door couldn’t open when bathroom door closed - SERIOUS FIRE & SAFETY HAZARD - plus inner door handle missing on large bedroom door.

Location was perfect the evenings were very quiet apart from a few ppl walking back from the local pubs we enjoyed our stay very much

Good location.

Very strong musty smell, bathroom rugs soaked in water, pillowcases and sheets smelled used.

The property was gorgeous, equipped with everything needed and furnished beautifully. Really large rooms and stones throw from town centre.

Nothing this property is unfit for rental it was dirty the beds were not clean they had to send someone to change them carpets were dirty and not hoovered disgusting place

All of it I will be requesting a refund we were going to leave but unable to find alternative place this is brand damaging for booking.com so so bad also windows nailed shut !

Cleanliness,security(window would not close),no hot water for the first day and next morning,very limited crockery/cutlery,fridge stinking of fish throughout stay,lounge lamp not workig,filthy outside windows,bedroom door handle missing,loo roll holder absent,jammed lounge sliding door.
