Heart of Hastings Historic Old Town

Great location, good space and set up.

Terrible mattresses…

The location was excellent and the customer service from the host was faultless

As the property is old, some of the internal doors were a bit faulty but overall a great place to stay in old Town Hastings with lots of character

It looked nice on the Booking.com website, but when we went there, the place smelled horrible. There were dirty carpets in every room, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. The toilet was broken, and the walls were poorly painted and looked old. The furniture was very old and emitted a bad odor. I couldn't sleep at all, so we left the place the next day, but we didn't get a refund. I strongly advise against booking this place unless they refurbish it. Some built-in wardrobes were broken and extremely dirty, and the sofa seemed like it had never been washed. Overall, it smelled terrible.

The apartment was very nice, clean, location was good,

The tv did not work that the only thing i did not like only because i got a adhd child who like watching his tv in the morning.

Cleanliness bedding was dirty and unironed, Damp Moldy unclean smell, food rubbish outside bedroom and front door which was attracting flies which was in the property, no lock on bathroom door, door hanging off cupboard in bathroom. Carpets dirty and un hoovered, radiator all rusty, painted walls dirty. Dirty shelves.

Very comfortable stay , served the intended purpose. Very secure area with CCTV in surrounding areas Had an initial problem with the toilet flush . Issue was resolved very quickly Generally all good 😊

The location is excellent! The appartement is large, lots of space. And the kitchen has an oven and a microwave. Great shower!

Matrasses were very bad. The sofa-bed in the living room was terrible. We had our smallest child sleeping on the lounge side of the couch. The metal bars were terible. So do not go here if you are with more then 4 people (2 beds). No lock on the bathroom door. Strange stains everywhere!
