The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, I've never met such thoughtful owners. The property is quirky and has absolutely everything you need and more.

This is the most amazing, beautiful place we have ever stayed (& we do a lot of weekends away). We received a lovely warm greeting from Linn (& Finn and Tara 🐕) on arrival, we knew then we were going to love this place. The accommodation is spotless and comfortable, Stu and Linn have thought of everything! Linn had beautiful flowers from the garden, tea, coffee, treats … it really was amazing. The beautiful stand alone bath was so relaxing and the woodburner stove just adds to the ambient cottage feel. The bedroom is so quaint and cosy, we slept really well in the comfortable bed. Fantastic location as you are of the way in beautiful surroundings yet only a few minutes away from restaurants and bars, it’s perfect! Can’t recommend Stuart and Linn’s place enough, the Byre is perfect for a relaxing getaway with wonderful hosts. Thank you both so much 💕
