"A lovely stay."

It was warm, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. It was perfectly located for local pubs and eateries, as well as glorious country walks.

Very little. It would be good if the windows could be sorted. And maybe more than one teaspoon provided?!

"Handy Base to explore Dedham Vale."

Centrally located in beautiful Manningtree . Good size property with very comfortable main bedroom. Excellent shower in bathroom. Kitchen well appointed with washing machine and dishwasher and enough soaps and tablets for the stay.

The second bedroom (bunk beds) had no window (boarded up) and was a bit pokey. Furniture is a bit old and tatty. Windows are all in need of replacing (as other reviewers have said) and only some opened. Very hot when the weather is hot outside. Noise from neighbours and street can be annoying.
