"Spacious apartment in the heart of Manningtree."

Perfect location to visit family over Christmas. Spacious comfortable rooms even with the unusual layout in the kitchen.

Some coat hooks and shoe racks would have been nice in the area opposite the main door.

Lovely comfy bedding an beds nice fitted kitchen an bathroom was nice windows need replacing badly big holes in frames could get very cold but I just blocked holes up did not bother me as location sold this property

Windows an frames need replacing badly bad damp smell on entering the building but not in the actual apartment

"Perfect for a small family getaway"

Entire top level. Spacious. Heating throughout. Everything needed for a comfortable stay in every room. Large bath tub. Excellent location, walking distance to all shops and to a great pub in Misty.

Radiators were a little dusty. Faulty washing machine.

"Great base for Essex Way once several small issues have been sorted."

Location excellent. Main bedroom good. Plenty of hot water.

Toilet seat wasn't firmly fixed to toilet. Windows of one bedroom boarded up so no natural light, and frame too rotten to risk opening. Cooker hob wasn't working. Didn't get a reply to email raising these issues.

"Location, location, location!"

The location is excellent for me!! The facilities are great, particularly the washer and giant bath towels!! The host responded quickly to questions.

The stairs are difficult for me. There is street noise, and a neighbor who complained about my use of the TV. The benefits are worth the challenges!
