Great location with plenty of on street parking nearby, very quiet.

The main entrance door and communal hallway are quite shabby and there was a pile of laundry against the flat door when I arrived. A number on the flat door would be helpful too.

The location within the town was perfect. Easy access to drives out into Essex and Sussex. Clean and comfortable. Will return.

The plug in the bathroom sink didn’t work. I liked it so much that I messaged you to stay one more night but didn’t get a reply to say if it was free or not. Strange.
